Supervision

I have always enjoyed supervision! My original experiences of being supervised in the social care sector allowed me to feel supported, challenged, encouraged and met. When I became a supervisor and then a trainer on supervision courses I had a conviction from personal experience of the benefits of supervision.

As an experienced UKCP registered training supervisor I now offer supervision to both trainees and experienced counsellors and psychotherapists. I work with the Karuna Institute and a number of London trainings.

I am now happy to offer supervision both in person and online.

Initially I resisted online supervision. I didn’t believe there could possibly be a good enough experience unless we were both in the physical presence of each other! Experience has proved me wrong! I have been astonished at the capacity we have to feel presence and connection, emotionally and physically, when working online.

We are fortunate in the Craniosacral Therapy Association to have a commitment to supervision for the newly qualified. As a supervisor accredited by the CSTA for many years I have the joy and privilege of supporting new practitioners as they face the challenge of establishing a practice and building the muscle to become busy, accomplished practitioners.

I am delighted to say that I also supervise many craniosacral therapists with years of experience who have a commitment to resourcing themselves with supervision.
