Who we are

Our website address is:

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

In accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) – I need your written consent to hold and process the records I keep: session notes on paper and contact details on phone and computer.

Records are stored anonymously, i.e. session notes are kept separately from identifying information and all are kept locked. My mobile phone and computer are password protected. I use them to track our work together. This includes reflection in supervision where identities are anonymised.

You have the right to:

have information about you deleted, inaccuracies corrected, access to records, not to receive any unsolicited marketing and complain if you are unhappy with any of this to the Information Commissioners Office

In the case that I am suddenly unavailable to work because of unforeseen events e.g. accident, death, illness or bereavement your first name and telephone number will be shared with a designated colleague known as a Professional Executor. This colleague will then contact you on my behalf.

I am required to keep records for up to 7 years following the date of our last session, at which point they are securely destroyed.
